Mentoring and Coaching have been demonstrated to be the most effective people-development approaches…

Indeed, developing a Mentoring Culture costs very little and can offer great benefits. Yet, why does it fail so often? What kinds of systems are possible? How to know the readiness of your organization for a mentoring culture?

Successful coaching creates powerful shifts in managers’ behaviors and helps them take their career to the next level. Yet several factors can ruin the process. We will review them, outline how to set-up a coaching assignment for success, and provide tips and tools for internal coaches.

This interactive workshop will present the two key approaches of One to One Knowledge Sharing. This workshop is built around experience sharing, small exercises, video, the GROW method and short lectures.

The number of participants will be limited to 40 persons to allow maximum interactions, so don’t wait any longer to register!

With more than 20 years of experience in Human Resources Development in France and Asia, Arnauld de Nadaillac is an expert in learning systems. Within the past 16 years in Thailand he has created more than 30 systems (competency, assessment, mentoring, training…) at company and country levels, working for the biggest Thai companies in Thailand as well as international groups, foreign governments and international organizations in Asia. He is a certified Evaluator for Return on Investment of Training Systems (from the UK).

Jean-Francois Cousin is an executive coach serving well-known multinationals, successful CEOs, and fast-growing SMEs in Singapore and Thailand since 2006. To date, he has coached over 300 executives from 15 nationalities in all kinds of positions and businesses. Accredited by the International Coach Federation,he is recognized for his tenacious focus on securing meaningful shifts and results for his clients, for his ability to understand quickly their environment and challenges (leveraging his previous experience in a variety of management roles) and for his sensitivity to cultural differences, also developed throughout his international corporate career.
