For the 4th year, the World Bank in partnership with the Institute for Knowledge and Innovation South East Asia at Bangkok University is offering 3 Organizational Knowledge Sharing (OKS) Certificate Programs (Developing an OKS Strategy, Knowledge Capture and Knowledge Dissemination) for KM practitioners in both the public and private sectors.
These innovative OKS programs are aimed at building the capacity of private organizations and public sector institutions to improve effectiveness and service delivery by more systematically documenting, sharing and using their operational experience.
